Taylor Hall is my agent, but I don't really know who manages the office. They're poorly organized, and it's very difficult to communicate with them. It's not a good option to have insurance where you don't know if it's safe to be insured.
Charlie and Megan were great to work with Chyanne on the other hand was very rude and was very unprofessional always.

My Dutch parents also used Charlie and when they had garage fire he came over to lend support. He is so kind and all of his staff over the years have been professional and helpful. In this world today when you don’t always get what you want it had become okay to criticize people online. I’m glad to know and to have Charlie at my back.
