When we first contacted Charlie about looking at a house we were interested in, his response was when and where! He is very responsive to texts and calls and very flexible! Something else I admire about Charlie is he gives you his honest opinion and let's the house sell itself! He is not pushy and does not race for the finish line! My husband and I would highly recommend Charlie!
