I purchased a washer from Charlie's appliance He had his son n law open the store which I appreciated the gesture. After unloading it at my house in plain city, it didn't work He said to drop it off to him and he'd make it right. His wife died just as this purchase was made so out of respect we didn't ask bother him for a few days but desperately needed a washer so I decided to buy new. Charlie never returned phone calls or respondef in anyway about a refund plus he got his washer back
Charlie is OUTSTANDING! I called and spoke to him, explained to him the problem and he knew exactly what the problem was and my stove was fixed with in minutes. He is the sweetest guy.
He is a very bad person to deal with. Service and appliances are horrible. He gives grounds to end up in court and I'm sorry that none of you victims have made that decision. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RUTHLESS MAN. Don't be fooled by his have a blessed day
Sold me a fridge that doesn't work . He said he would come out and look at it. I called b/c I didn't hear from him. He said he would call before he came the next day, I called the next morning, now the number has been temporarily disconnected!!!! $150 down the drain !
They do not even deserve a star!I definitely agree with the other reviews that are posted this place is an absolute joke. I brought a washer and dryer from them and it worked for about a week and then it started making this horrible sound like it was going to blow up. Purchased a stove and fridge from this crook, the fridge didn't work correctly and he wouldn't give us our money back, although he claims to offer a 30day warranty. When he delivered the appliances, they were filthy and reeked of Cigerette smoke. He so-called business looks like a junk yard. Never again! Giving a one star is too high of a rating for this crook!
I bought a dryer from here and 2 days after I bought it, it started overheating and squealing loudly. This particular company offered me a 30 day warranty, which on a used appliance is excellent, which is why I decided to buy from them. After the dryer quit working, I phoned them and explained to them what it was doing. He said he couldn't come out until that afternoon.
