All of the steaks at Charley's are selected from only the best three-year-old grain-fed steer, graded USDA Prime and Choice. After starting with the finest beef, they age the loins for a minimum of four to five weeks for tenderness and flavor. When the time is right, they cut the loins into steaks and trim away most of the excess fat, leaving only enough for flavor. We have been going to Charley's for years on special occasions. We called and made reservations on Monday for Friday they changed there free birthday dinner to where you have to file online and get a code via e-mail. That e-mail never came so we called to see if it would be a problem the lady informed no just bring proof of birthday. This location has changed their concept & I like it. They are now called Charley's Wildfire Grille. Same great steaks, but reasonable sizes and prices to match. Happy hour pricing at the bar (kalamari & fried mushrooms are yummy) and the whole wine list is half off! My steak was a perfect medium rare. The best deal is the five course selection.
