BEST CHEESSTEAKS!
Not impressed. Fronting as a "Philly" cheese steak place when you don't have American Cheese, a staple of an authentic Philly cheese steak, makes you an imposter and a fraud. Do yourself a favor and skip Charley's and patronize places that respect the authenticity of the products they offer.
Food was ok, service terrible. Person taking order didn’t get it right so food came out wrong. A case of simply not listening to a customer as they order. Asked for ketchup & extra napkins as we were going to picnic eat ours so wanted enough and we’re told they’re in the bag. We recieved a whopping 4 napkins and 3 ketchups for a box of fries. I used 1 on 3 fries. Don’t be that cheap, customers may like more than what you deemed enough.
