I have eaten here several times and have never had any real issues. Today I wanted to try a chicken California Philly and it was to have only cheese chicken and ranch. And this is what I was served. I've never been so disappointed in a place like this. Now I understand why there are no people eating here. Not to mention I asked for a refund since it looked like that and the young guy got very defensive and says it always looks like that. (If thats the case then this company should be ashamed).
The food is excellent and worth the price paid! We used the drive through and the service was not fast, but worth a little wait.
