When you order wings, dipping sauce normally comes with it. Not here they charge you $1.00 for 1.5 0z of sauce with out even telling you! This is poor service and for sure bad business
Ordered online and I was charged x2 1 said $18.96 and another came in at $20.10 .. when I arrived the lady at the register, no name badge said that I did not have enough any order here and that there's no one I could speak with. I did do a order while I was standing there reluctantly, I had an elderly at home who loves charlys. I need x2 refunds some was somehow. This was the worst customer service evere..
