On Tuesday December 9th 2025 at approximately 3:10 pm, I placed an order. I placed my order with the cashier a Philly steak and cheese. I asked for No mushrooms, no tomatoes, no lettuce. When I picked up my order there was lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich. I approached the cashier (Martha) to let her know that my sandwich was made wrong however she was on the phone, and did not even try to end her phone conversation to fix the problem with my order.
