I’ve been skeptical ever since the mall location canceled my order without any notification or refund. Today, I tried to order two meals, but there was a misunderstanding between me and the cashier. She charged me for one meal and one sandwich. When I checked my receipt, I explained that I meant for it to be two meals. I love the Waldorf Charles! The atmosphere always very clean. The staff are super nice, serve with a smile on your face. The food is always hot and delicious. I recommend this location to this cheesesteak in Southern, Maryland.
