Charleys closes at 9pm. I live less than 10 minutes away. I wanted to order to pick up and called 3 times beginning at 8:45pm. I received the message " We Are Not Available,Please Call Again", on the first and third call and the message," The wireless customer you are trying to reach is not available" on the second call. So obviously Charley's advertising closes at 9:00 pm is a lie.
Service bad then go get the manager and he was even worse. I told him just give me a refund I’ll take my business somewhere else.
Had a nice visit. Tasty food and service was very good.
Best cheesesteaks this side of Philly for sure and I’ve had a legit Philly cheesesteak, these sandwiches truly measure up! Great service, clean restaurant/eating areas, and overall well priced!! Highly recommend!!
