Our group ordered three meals, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience for everyone at the table. The specific issues included: Chicken Protein Bowl: The chicken was so severely overcooked and dried out that it tasted like beef jerky. Furthermore, the sauce I specifically requested and paid extra for was completely missing. Chicken Wings: The wings were overcooked, tough, and tasted completely stale. This place was surprisingly awesome!!! We did wait a little while for our food because it was one guy cooking, but the food was so good! And prepared so perfectly. I don’t normally write reviews. But this was somewhere I’d stop again!
From 2 people who are not from this state while stuck here. And we lived in NJ most of our lives. Across from the bridge from Philly! You guys got the Best Philly Cheesesteaks I've ever had. I might go as far as saying They're better than Philadelphia! We love your Cheesesteaks and Cheese Fries! Great food. Great atmosphere. Wonderful employees!
This place was ok at best. I had the ultimate fries that were horrible. I asked for well done fries and they were soft and soggy. The cheese sauce had a weird aftertaste, like it was a cheap. I also got the old school trio cheesesteak that I thought was going to be horrible after I had the fries, but it was pretty good. I think having the provolone cheese helped cut the cheap wiz sauce as that aftertaste wasn't as bad,plus the steak was seasoned so that helped.
