Had this earlier today (July 25, 2026) Idk what happened but they’re understaffed and more importantly, the food was cooked in very old oil. It didn’t taste like Charley’s from any other location I’ve had, not to mention, it took 37 minutes to get my order.
This location is located inside Walmart. The service was really good, the lady at the register was extremely nice. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered Philly cheesesteaks, lemon pepper wings, and the bacon fries with cheese. Nothing was fresh, and the meat on the Philly cheesesteaks tastes old. The wings were overcooked and the fries were undercooked. I don’t recommend eating here. Honestly, they need to shut this place down and put something else there because the food is bad.
I just wanted to share that I had a wonderful customer service and experience overall. I was having a bad day until I got here. A nice young lady helped me with my sandwich selection, she helped me download the app and started earning points right away. My food came out fresh and hot. Thanks for this amazing service and sandwich.
This place need a real adult manager. They stop taking orders too early and the food quality is significantly lower than other locations!
