They forgot a sandwich im so sad!! They wont answer me when i call they unhooked the line because i kept calling. Horrible experience. Im pregnant and they dont have the decency to answer!!

First time at Charleys Cheesesteaks. The entire experience from beginning to end was a good choice. They also serve $1 vanilla ice cream . Note: You might need a spoon like I did.
Frozen food is absolute garbage. Ordered some mozzarella sticks and them bad boys are still frozen on the inside. Not sure how difficult it is to operate a deep fryer but cheese and rice.
First off, the prices are ridiculous. I ordered the chicken philly and there was hardly any meat on it and what meat was on it tasted old. It was nasty. I took it back and got wings instead. I wasn't impressed with them either. It came with a butt liad of fries which I didn't want and then I had to pay an extra dollar for a tiny little side of ranch!
