I stopped into the restaurant today around 5 PM, and I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was. The entire experience was outstanding — from the food to the service. Everything was hot, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Very sloppy. I spent Almost $70 on dry food that couldn’t even be presented to look appealing.
The order was wrong. I even asked specifically in the store if the order was correct with no onions they said yes get home onions on every sandwich. Foods cold cheese not even melted. I call them and they tell me I have to call back later because they are busy. Fairview charleys is the best there food is always good and correct. Elyria's charleys is terrible.
