Food is great and the people that work there are even better. Very nice and friendly. Atmosphere not so much because it’s in the mall which I don’t care for BUT the food is great. They do make it worth going to the mall for them!!
50 cents per pack of mayo is outrageous!
I ordered a regular sized bacon 3 cheesesteak and this is what I got for 12 dollars. Its 60 percent bread and it doesnt even taste that crazy. I love Charlie's but this is the worst cheesesteak ive ever received from them. Dont come here if you want a quality sandwich. Also I asked for a cup of water and the cashier dropped my lid on the counter and still tried to use it on my drink. I had to ask to have the lid replaced. Im never coming to this location again.
Came on my lunch from the hospital. Wanted a good meal from a long shift. As my energy was high and was happy to support the business by just seeing what they offer. Besides the young lady at the register. Everyone else's energy was off. They was not customer service liked. And when I ask for mayo packages because the sandwich didn't have it on there like I ask.
