I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Kylie, during my recent visit. My family and I were standing at the register waiting to be helped, and Kylie came to the front twice without acknowledging us not even a simple “I’ll be right with you” or “Sorry for the wait.” It felt like we were completely ignored. On top of that, I was concerned about the lack of cleanliness and food safety. I noticed Kylie handling money at the register while wearing the same gloves she used to make subs. After 5 minutes waiting nobone acknowledged us. Three people making subs, one of them was the manager Kyli. As we were standing there watching we noticed she was making subs and grabbing a pen to write on the box, came to the register to tap on the screen still didn't say anything to us abd with the same gloves went back and continue making subs, that is disgusting and unsanitary.
