Yesterday I stopped by to order a shake that they have as advertised, there was two workers and one gentleman did say hi told me it’s going to be a while before we attended you, then I see a young kid come to the register to help me, so I asked him if they have the milk shakes that are advertised and looked me straight in my eyes and told me “ No” and I asked him again if they had any of the shakes and he told me again No very rudely and then he says well when we are busy we can’t make any shakes! Ordered from Uber Eats and this is what they gave me, incredibly disappointing. They charged me full price and gave me this.
What an excellent experience! And the food was delicious! I had top tier customer service as well, especially from the manager (I think she’s the manager) her name is Theresa! And if she’s not a manager she definitely needs to be! And she definitely deserves a raise!
