They are deceivers. They do no honor the prices you both agree to. You look at that sign and order that large sandwich for $12.99 as it is posted on the signage. They ring it up and tell you fifteen dollars and some change. You ask to see the price and it is 13.99. They have neglected to give me bacon on my Bacon 3cheesesteak 3 times now. The food is fine. Their lemonade is good. But the staff has always been underwhelming. In the multiple times I've been there, never once have the staff been kind or helpful. I eat here due to convenience but I'd rather inconvenience myself than have a staff not care about their job or customers.
Visited with my family after a walmart run as I usually do.young lady at the front counter with long braids has a nasty attitude. I always visit this location and have a great experience but today was horrible.I guess her phone and attitude are more important than respect for the customer.When I see this young lady I’ll skip Charley’s that day !
