I went there yesterday and the manager Was yelling profanities And racial slurs At 1 of the customers For asking for a refund because they're taking too long with his order They need better management When I saw that I turned around and didn't even order my food
I would no star if that was possible waited over 25 mins for 20 wing then when finally all my food was ready i told they still haven’t even started cooking the fries I asked how long the wait and they said in a bit and when I asked for refund they no i told them my son has a disability and I had to go I waited long enough manger said I don’t give a f a about your son another employee called my husband racial slurs this experience has made me change has my whole perspective on the entire company
They are deceivers. They do no honor the prices you both agree to. You look at that sign and order that large sandwich for $12.99 as it is posted on the signage. They ring it up and tell you fifteen dollars and some change. You ask to see the price and it is 13.99. You insist that you ordered the one on the sign for 12.99, but they claim they do not offer that. They are liars and should not be trusted with anyone's food because of dishonesty.
