Tried this place multiple times because the one in the weberstown mall is so good. This one is absolute trash. They hire the worst employees. How can they never get it right? Ordered online and they didn’t start making it until way after we arrived . So dirty, sloppy. Slow . Rude. Zero consistency. Rude about not understanding English. Terrible. Never bother with this place.
I made an order online as a guest in advance to prepare for my lunch break and arrived a half hour after they allegedly were suppose to open, all the lights were off and the shutter was closed with only a single employee there who was in the process of starting to open the location, she told me she couldn't cancel or refund me and to try and get a refund using the receipt she handed me tomorrow, (I won't be in the area tomorrow).. very inconvenient
