Jessica was a A+ customer service server/ Cashier. Very helpful, her smile is very friendly and warm. I would definitely come back to order again.
Customer service here is the worst. They don't listen when you speak I went on when opened now I know why I never returned and never will. You job isn’t hard you are in customer service Just listen and don’t be rude to the customers.
Didn’t get greeted and when I walked up to register guy was on his phone so I was waiting for him to ask me how was I doing , customer service comes a long way at least in my times but I ordered and he didn’t ask me if I wanted to make it a combo . Sucks for the company that is not making extra money but I would have loved fries and drink with my food . Anywho, had a bad experience here at Charlie’s cheesesteak in Rialto Ca
