Kid who doesn't know a lick of English takes and messes up my order; then proceeds to yell at me in Arabic. Not the first location in Palm Beach where something similar has occurred.
Love the food here and the staff is friendly. Never had an issue with my order. Thank you again to the manager and his team for the excellent experience for me and my family
They are very rude. I buy at other Charleys and the prices are as the promotion says, but in this store they are much more expensive. The price of the combo, which is already the final price, they charge you for the sandwich and then they charge you for the fries. They don't speak English well and the service is very bad. It seems the owner wants to destroy his business. With these types of employees, they are achieving it. At least I will never buy at this store.
