Never order on their app and choose delivery you will never get your order. I tipped good and still didn’t get my food. Now I have to dispute the charges because no one speaks good English and they hung up on me trying to get help with my missing order. Never again
The owner/manager at this location is amazing! I don’t know his name, but he’s always there no matter what time of the day I go.. working, cleaning, talking to customers, etc.. and my food is always fresh!
Love the cheesesteaks but there is issue with ordering on Uber Eats right now. It makes you select all of the 10 toppings, so if you want to remove lettuce or mayo or something it won’t let you and says “required”. Very annoying this is a recent change with the ubereats settings. If it wasn’t for this would give 5 stars because I love the food.
Charlie's is a great place to bring the family! Not only is it convenient because it's located in Walmart but the staff has excellent customer service, the prices are extremely worth it, and the food tastes great! For $6 kids get four chicken wings, fries, a drink, and even an ice cream cone! It's very hard to match a kids meal for that price and that much for only six bucks!
Our server Jose and another gentlemen provided us with exceptional customer service. They welcomed our family of 5 with smiling faces and friendly personalities. They were patient while we ordered our food and provided quick service. The restaurant was extremely clean, floors were recently mopped and tables were all wiped down. The food was fresh, delicious and well seasoned. For reference, we ordered a combination of wings, subs, fries and pretzels. Our 2 year old was licking her fingers and she is a very picky eater.
