Drove 10 miles, walk in and all of the employees are sitting in a booth playing Uno. Ask me if I'm paying with cash or card, card users order on a kiosk. I make my selection and try using my card to pay... the Tap option doesn't work, try inserting option, doesn't work, try sliding option DOESN’T WORK. All while the employees playing cards.
We had wanted something quick on the way home and found Charleys, easily the worst mistake we have made in a while. The staff dont care to clean the dining area, plenty of bugs to go around. We had to wait 45 minutes for our "fast food". the 2 other people ahead of us had their orders completely wrong, and they were getting complaints on a phone call about another order they had messed up.
