I am officially done with Charleys Cheesesteaks PERIOD! I have gone to the location in the mall, by the Aldi, and in Brandywine and it’s always something and I’m done. The lack of care or customer service from these locations is infuriating! I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and have a lot of empathy for the employees, but as a manager I don’t understand how they are allowed to keep acting like that and then have the audacity to serve you bullsh*t! Make sure to check your food before you leave. Ordered a chicken Philly with everything. Got home and it was nothing on the sandwich but chicken and cheese. Called the store 6 times and received no answer. Mind you all staff was just standing around with nothing really to do so the fact that no one answered the phone is crazy to me. Smh
Food is decent but they are severely LACKING in the customer service area. Brenda needs to go through orientation again.
The food was j7st horrible. I ordered the philly steak no greenpepoers, and Xtra cheese. The steak tasted bland, no salt, and the lettuce was turning brown. Not to mention the sandwich just fell apart. I also ordered cheese fries the cheese was also bland and left after taste in my mouth. The best thing I ordered was the strawberry lemonade. I will never visit this location ever again.
