Cashier couldnt understand the request to make a vegetarian sandwhich, charged me for meat, and then when i got mad about it, she went to get a manager who told me they only have one vegetarian option, so they couldnt make what i wanted. I dont know how hard it is to put the onions and cheese on a faux meat sandwhich, but apparently it was an unacomplishable task, so i told them to refund me. This was my FIRST time eating at Charley's, and the food was absolutely delicious! But the SERVICE from the staff members were BETTER! Special THANK YOU to Christine (Manager), Ronal, and Martin! My husband and I will be back because of them!
