Last night they messed up our whole order forgot our drinks,motzarella,sauce and extra toppings on our food.then we let them know,guy at the back gave us our drinks (wrong size btw and missing extra peach that we payed for)but didn’t believe us about the motzerella .we were being nice about it and let some go but the audacity to give us attitude and not believe us when they skimp us the extras we payed for .ruined our first experience ,waste of money and our time .girl at front is really helpful and deserve a raise .teenage ... read more
This Charley's started 2026 with shrinkflation, are the others like this now, too?
Ordered a medium ultimate fry he rings up a medium ultimate fry and then when I take out my card to pay he changed the amount to large and when I mentioned it he said oh it only comes in a large but didn't say that prior to me pulling my card out.
Really neat place to order sandwiches. The service was fast and easy. The lemonade was pretty good.
