Don’t ever eat at this restaurant. The owner is rude, racist and don’t care about good customer service at all. He thinks it’s okay to call people slurs and bash black people. He got violent over burnt chicken that we asked him to remake or refund us. His employees are rude and disrespectful. It took about 25 minutes for us to even place our order. I have never in my life experienced anything like this before. Let’s get this man out of business. He shouldn’t be working in customer service, let alone lone being an owner.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but people should be aware of what happened at this location. My family and I visited the Charleys at 19701 Frederick Rd in Germantown (inside Walmart) and received an order that was burnt. When we politely asked the manager/owner if the order could be corrected or refunded, the employees stated that it couldn’t be remade or refunded. Their customer service is horrible, they had me waiting for my order! While other customers came in after me and gotten theirs..they only speak Spanish no English...so I canceled the order and got my money back and left...
This place is trash....$60 for lukewarm flavorless food🤬🤬
