Truly baffling experience. Stopped in to place an order and no one was on the till. After a minute, a woman walked up to the register. I noticed no one seemed to be in the back so I asked if they were still open. She looked at me like I just ripped the head off a cat and said, "What!?" So I asked again if they were open and she said, "No." I asked if they were closed and she stared at me blankly without answering. The chicken tenders are too small - the size of a thumb with breading and sauce. Food was served cold. Do not recommend eating there.
Go to another store....they dont give you all your food and try to ignore you when you call to fix it. Online order all wrong and nobody trying to resolve the problem. I never complain but this is terrible service
I will never be ordering from this location ever again. We placed an order online for delivery. Pick up time and everything was absolutely fine. But they forgot two items in our order. We attempted to call the store more than 15 times, only for the phone to ring continuously. The one time they answered, all you hear is loud music and they hang up on us. We attempted to call again, and they took the phone off the hook. Very customer service. I can already tell it's a bunch of children, or untrained people in that staff
Asked to spoke to a manager at 9Pm on Feb 1. No manager was on duty, manager only communicated through txt messaging with the employee. Employee claimed that was the Owner of the establishment. My order was missing items and I asked them if they could re do my order since it's been 1+ hours go and come back to the restaurant. Employee recommended to send an email to coperate to complaint. Very unprofessional restaurant. Zero customer service. 100% would not recommend.
