I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings and they came out burnt and oily, mind you the oil looked like they hadn’t changed it in a long time, me and my mother ordered a side of fries as well and we didn’t receive it. we waited for about 30 minutes for our order and when we told them about our burnt wings they said that’s how there suppose to look.The workers were being very rude and unprofessional. There was a large hair in my sandwich. No one answers the phone or wants to take responsibility.
If I could give zero stars I would. Businesses like this one need to be shut down and fined heavily for their employees' or manager's lack of respect of customers and their racially discriminatory practices towards customers. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate when their employees are racist and lack basic customer service to treat others with even a modicum of decency. I ordered through Doordash so I can't speak on the customer service, but the food was the bland-est I've ever had. No flavor at all. I didn't even taste a pinch of salt or pepper. The ends of the bread were stale. The Cajun fries were even worse. No spice at all. The lettuce was withered. All around a bad time. I do not recommend.
Don’t ever eat at this restaurant. The owner is rude, racist and don’t care about good customer service at all. He thinks it’s okay to call people slurs and bash black people. He got violent over burnt chicken that we asked him to remake or refund us. His employees are rude and disrespectful. It took about 25 minutes for us to even place our order. I have never in my life experienced anything like this before. Let’s get this man out of business. He shouldn’t be working in customer service, let alone lone being an owner.
