Okay, can I just tell you: I LOVE Charleys wings and fries--I don't do cheesesteaks or anything else with cheese if I can help it. It's bone-in chicken for me; plain, no sauces or dips, and well done (so they're crispy). Oh! I learned something new: one of the staff members told me that the parts of the wing are called "Drums and flats." Fries dropped fresh, no salt, so they are as hot as can be when I get them (can't do luke-warm or cold potatoes. Yuk!).
