I am 1 not to complain but website is BAD - website changed my location right after I paid - tried to call and phone not working Dasher did Not deliver also phone not working - tracking map disappeared - best guess - Delivery was taken by a dasher because they couldn't find it and it was right there on the compter confirmation they received it - had to find someone to go to there to get my food and showed them all the paper work and told them it was not delivered - they were very RUDE what do you want me to do about it ? - m... read more

It’s 2025 and racism is still alive at Charley cheesesteak in the Germantown location. My brother went in asking for a job and the manager said “ we don’t hire black people” . Will be calling corporate and we have it on video. Charley’s corporate please check the cameras on this matter.
