They are always messing up my orders. Today was toppings for chicken sub had everything for a Philly cheesesteak and everything on Philly was the chicken topping. Completely backwards. They made 2 new ones and the Philly cheese steak had soooo little meat. Times before wrong toppings.
I don’t leave a lot of reviews but wanted to share my great experience visiting Charley’s in Bowie. Carlos Gonzales assisted me with stellar customer service as I arrived. Very hospital will visit again just for his great energy. I have been eating Charley’s for 20+ years since I was a kid and this location is very welcoming. Charley's at Bowie Town Center, is truly outstanding. The food and the service is always outstanding. The tables are always clean, the bathroom is very clean, and the floor is always sweep.
