I’m extremely concerned about the lack of professionalism at Charley’s in Enid. A member of the management team, Shawnta, shared private personal information about a former employee and has been involved in harassing behavior outside of work. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about employee privacy and safety. I hope the owner and corporate leadership take this matter seriously and investigate it appropriately.
Witnessed an employee spitting in the trashcan by the grill area. Same employee went to the bathroom and did not wash his hands. Another night I was in there and witnessed an employee handle money with gloves on and went to the grill area and handle food with the same gloves on. Employees listening to offensive music where customers can hear and using profanity with customers are in the dining area completely unprofessional staff and manager. I actually need the owner to email me please about something serious.
The manager and employees need some lessons on being kind. A young man came in and asked for the manager, he was checking on his job application, after he left the manager and employees started making jokes about him being "off" in their words. And the manager saying thinga about him being autistic and she won't be hiring him and that she doesn't need another project employee. Not cool.
