I purchased a large steak sandwich with extra meat, banana peppers, and pickles. When i got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order: regular size, no extra meat, no banana peppers, and no pickles. I called to complain. I was told by their customer service, Rose, to forward a copy of the receipt, and I will be compensated with reward points to purchase another large steak sandwich. I complied with their request. This is the third time they messed up my order and you can’t get in touch with store the number sends you to costumer care and you have to send receipt for there mess up I’m over it
