Placed a mobile order for pickup. When I got to the store my order was ready and bagged. I took the bag and went home only to find half my order was missing. I ordered 4 cheesesteaks and only got 2. Had to drive back to the store and the staff was unapologetic. Last time I go to this store.
We happened to be going to Burger King because a friend wanted a burger. Then I looked to my right, and there was Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings. I was a little hungry because it was like 4:30. So, before he went inside Burger King, I said, "Let's check this place out." The interior of the place reminds you of any other fast food. The food is fresh and hot. Service is excellent. It's better the McDonald's.
