Incompetent workers, at times. I ordered Cajun style fries and legitimately had it written on the receipt as well, yet when I received it, it was just regular fries. I unfortunately wasn’t able to open it in store to check as it was for takeout and only found out upon opening it at home. This isn’t the first time it’s happened :/

I ordered two chicken cheese steaks and special said for them not to put ranch since I’m allergic. Of course they were careless and both of them came covered in ranch anyway. When I called the store a women picked up I explained what happened she asked what did I want her to do about it than hung up. I called back and they refused to answer the phone I called several times and never got to speak to anyone so my money went to complete waste
