Today I decided to get 2 milkshakes and 2 small sandwiches for me and my sister. My sister was drinking her milkshake and then she found a hair in her drink. The hair looked like it was either brown or red. Neither me or my sister have brown or red hair.
Alanya was very sweet and kind. She gave me and my husband some great recommendations on fry and wing combos. Now I have and awesome snack while I shop.
I found a piece of a steel wool scrubber in my fries. I showed the managers and while they did give me a refund they tried to argue with me about the card I used. They tried to tell me that I used a different card, im not stupid I know which card I used. Never coming back to this location!
Alanya was awesome friendly and gave me some great recommendations. Food came out fast and hot definitely coming more often. Great experience for my first time trying Charles.
