I always usually have a good experience at this Charlie's however I went in today, 9/16/2025, and a lady was working the front was on her cellphone while working the register. I had ordered an Ice-cream cone and I was watching her touch money, her cellphone, and her face it kinda grossed me out because all I orderd was an Ice-cream cone and she touched the rim of the cone instead of the paper, I usually eat the cone, just not this time.
Came to pick up an uber eats order and they said order was missing. Wasted my time & gas.
Would not eat here again. I got a shake and fries The shake wasn't stirred properly so it was just ice cream I couldn't even drink it. The fries tasted okay but not worth the wait (had to wait 13 minutes) and the employees were not taking their job seriously they were playing around and joking with each other the entire time. I would try a different Charles next time but I will never eat at this one again.
