This is the third time that I’ve come to my favorite location of charleys to get food, that I was almost forced to pay for a large meal. I always order a regular. The gentleman at the register was wonderful to ring up a regular order this time for me, but his manager reprimanded him for not charging me for a large. Ordered 2 chicken philly combo meals. The employee rang it up wrong so i explained that wasnt my order and said "well that's just how we ring it up" when I asked them to fix my order they tried to charge me an additional 20$ for the exact same meal. Asked for a refund and left.
OMG, I just watched the manager at this place come in, touch his face and hair …handle food with no gloves, clean the floor WITH HIS HAND, and then stick his bare hands into the ice machine….If you don't believe me, please review the security footage from around 11:00 a.m. to 11:35 a.m on June 4 and really watch it You will clearly see everything he did. It’s in a Walmart 18 bucks for a 10 piece wing combo Then when they forget to add the drink as their mistake they give you a hard time and hassle you over the $4 for a lemonade after you spent $30. Like yall do not have big nozes why are you acting like this
The customer service here is amazing, Valeria took my order and was so nice and accommodating. The new guy Mike on the grill made my sandwich perfectly, and I am not easy to please. It was hot, cheesy and made just right. I like ordering here when these two are working. Great location, great service, great meal. Sitting inside to eat is a nice experience. The staff is always cleaning and making sure everything is well stocked and sparkling. The new management has made a difference.
