There's nothing more frustrating than walking up to a counter and standing there for 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement from staff. Not only that my online order was sitting there ready the entire time. I didn't find that out because of staff, I had to look around the counter and grab my order that had been sitting there since before I walked in. Good service isn't that difficult I promise you.
Its a shake yall are understaffed during lunch hours......Guadalupe and Joe did what they could but they deserve more.......yall need an extra person there because Guadalupe had to stop taking orders to help make orders......this is unacceptable
I went here cause my brother wanted to come. It was just OK for me, but I’m like a real plain Jane type eater. I got a small chicken cheese, lettuce sub the chicken had no flavor to me.
They should focus on work instead of talking.
