I went to the Charleys in Apopka land Store #02560. 845 South Orange Blossom Trail Apopka FL 32703…..So I went in this location today and was helped by ROXANA and GIL (supposedly the store manager)….When I went to t this location today I went to the drive thru where all the other customers that were in line before me werehanded the card reader to tap their card and choose the tip amount… when it came to my turn ROXANA took my card and did not let me tap it myself and put in tip. Went here for lunch and was so disappointed. Restaurant was not clean. The sandwiches had no flavor and were dry, fries were hot but very under cooked. We will never be back. Service wasn't bad but nothing special either.
Customer service is trash. The cashier was taking a call on her personal cell phone. After getting her attention and asking a question about the menu she walks away b/c she was taking a drive thru order. Then I asked is the girl who was cleaning the ice cream machine can she take our order she said “no, because she doesn’t speak English.” I stated thats unacceptable. This is America.
