Best customer service I’ve seen so far and only two people are usually here and they do the best they can at all times

This location sucks so bad. I’ve come here a good handful of times but they never have more than one employee working it seems, maybe 2. The wait times are extremely long and tonight they completely turned off mobile ordering. The app told me to order at the store so I drove all the way there for them to be “cash only” which I’m pretty sure they’re doing to deter customers especially since they turned off mobile ordering.
