I have been a loyal Charlie's customer for some time, so it is with genuine disappointment that I am leaving this review today. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and specifically requested extra cheese. What I received was nowhere near the standard I have come to expect from this establishment. The sandwich was poorly constructed.
