i ordered a chicken California as it came plus banana peppers and i ordered marinara and paid for ranch as well. as you can see…wrong! extremely annoyed with this usually great service but today awful.

I ordered a sub sandwich at around 2pm, Wasn't busy at all. It took well over 10 minutes for an unheated sandwich and fries. Service is slow, almost too slow. Service staff seemed disconnected with a flat affect when I asked questions about their meals. No one was behind me but she seemed unfriendly. My sandwich had no flavor or taste. Their phone number does not work so you’re not able to get any assistance. Emailed for help, they replied asking for my receipt and now have not responded for over 4 business days even though i’ve emailed twice. I didn’t get my food AND THEY WONT REFUND. Horrible customer service, horrible time ordering through the app.

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I encountered at two of your locations, beginning with the Walmart in College Park, TX. I placed an order through DoorDash, but my wings were missing, and my shake was improperly packed, resulting in a spill that soaked the food box. Additionally, I attempted to contact the store for assistance, but the phone number provided was non-functional. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food, further compounding my disappointment with the experience.
