I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I encountered at two of your locations, beginning with the Walmart in College Park, TX. I placed an order through DoorDash, but my wings were missing, and my shake was improperly packed, resulting in a spill that soaked the food box. Additionally, I attempted to contact the store for assistance, but the phone number provided was non-functional. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food, further compounding my disappointment with the experience.
Drink machine area was filthy and they were out of Dr Pepper syrup with no desire to refill it after I told them about it. Too bad because my philly cheese steak sandwich was pretty good. Updated 4/26/2026: same exact filthy drink machine area.
