We started our order around 5:30pm, and the whole experience was awful. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich with no lettuce, no tomatoes, and light mayo, but still received the wrong sandwich. When my family member asked about fixing the fries, the manager refused to redo them, which was very disappointing. It then took over an hour and a half to finally get our food. Took 30 minutes to get food. Fries were cold, staff were unhelpful and rude.
I just got my first teriyaki cheese sandwich from Charley’s in Cibolo, Tx and it will be my last. I took it out to my car where I could sit and enjoy, but it was so soggy could not be picked up. Had I looked at it before leaving, I would not have accepted it Very disappointed!
Great location but really big issue with parking
