Took 30 minutes to get food. Fries were cold, staff were unhelpful and rude.
I just got my first teriyaki cheese sandwich from Charley’s in Cibolo, Tx and it will be my last. I took it out to my car where I could sit and enjoy, but it was so soggy could not be picked up. Had I looked at it before leaving, I would not have accepted it Very disappointed!
Great location but really big issue with parking
I went this afternoon and The boy with the Curly hair who took my order Was very friendly
The food was burnt to a crisp! But at least she smiled the whole time 🤦🏽♀️ I took the plate to Slims and we laughed at it together 🤷🏾♀️
