Got a hankering for a cheese steak after doing some shopping, and having never been to this chain, I wanted to look at the big menu before placing an order. Was rudely yelled at by an employee to order at the kiosk before I even got to see the menu. What a buzz kill. Will not ever try this place or give them a dime of my hard earned money.
I recently visited your restaurant and politely asked the staff member if I could have a spoon. He responded that spoons are only for customers, so I said that’s fine and ordered an ice cream. After I paid, I asked again for a spoon, but the staff member was rude and told me I should buy a spoon from Walmart. I would never order here again. I will be speaking to a manager. Waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries. I asked to cancel my order for a refund and they said the manger is not here she they are not able to. The employee Alda lied and said she called my number and she never did. I replied telling her that she did not. I understand that there was 2 people and they were short staffed but they both clearly did not know how to read orders
The absolute WORST sandwich I have I ever had. Not a single redeeming quality.
Worst experience in my life they deserve no stars to be honest they were upset when we requested our milkshakes after they forgot our order and the reason they were mad is because their coworkers left them a big mess and so we should not have been so rude as to request something that we paid for. We should be considerate that they made us wait and did not want to give us our milkshakes. Then i told i said i just need a refund and they said they don’t give refunds because they are not the owners.
