The employee that was there was awesome! I was upset about my sandwich it had like nothing on it but he fixed it ! & was very apologetic. Thank you young man
The man working is the rudest human I have dealt with, ever. He has been yelling at every customer since I paid, won't give anyone a refund or make food correctly, and just keeps stating that we are stressing him out and telling us this is how every Charlie's is. I have been to several other locations, and this is usually my favorite place to eat. I'm appalled that this location has any business, or that he has a job. I got here at 10:51am, ordered 1 sandwich, he charged me for a meal, and I got it at 11:18am.
For the most part the staff is extremely friendly! There’s a young kid who work who plays his music too loud it difficult to order and hear him. The owner/manager is extremely rude to the customer, I have watched customer walk away from him due to his attitude. Tonight, I watched him put sauce on a table for a customer almost hitting the young lady in the office, never apologized just walked away. The food is so good I love the workers here they are very nice
The man making the food was rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service. I felt bad for the female working there. She was polite.
