Waiting for 1 sandwich for 30+ min
Food is always solid but the service is less than ideal. The guy at the counter told me they can only take/process the app promo code when a manager is here and he is not here so I would have to pay regular price. There so much wrong with that statement, one how are they operating without a manager or supervisor on duty and two why do you send flash promotions you won’t process. Horrible customer experience I did not order and left the store and went subway instead.

Terrible customer service when I brought back my order because it was wrong the cashier shrugged her shoulders at me over and over when I all I asked for was to either correct it or refund me but she wanted to tell me I was wrong and act like I couldn't have my food or money!!
