For the second time I stopped by this place more than 10 minutes before closing to find out they were already closed. Tonight I arrived at 7:48pm. This seems like it is a regular practice. Btw, Apple Maps says they are open until 10pm. Their website says they close at 8pm. But I guess whenever the manager wants to go home early, he just closes early. I need to find somewhere else to get a Philly cheesesteak. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Updated review: 09-01-2026 It's confirmed. This is the most DISGUSTING philly cheesteak i ever had in my life! Hands down. The flavor is bland, the steak is chewy, the break seems like its bread sticks. Apparently I ordered a year ago and forgot I ate this so called food before because last time I doordashed. I powered thru eating it because i paid for it but its rare that i eat with a scowl on my face. Charley! Maybe you should stick to chocolate from Willy Wonkas. The food was decent, but they did put. Lettuce and tomato on a cheesesteak, which is not good. Other than that it was okay
This morning, I was there and was helped by a very kind young man with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. He made the experience at the location very pleasant and ensured that I would want to come back. I asked for his name, and he told me it was Carlos. I felt very comfortable with him and really appreciated his service.
