I’m going to give the young man by the name of Thinh 5 Stars across the board. He was patient, kind and had overall good customer service. But as for the Hefty guy in the back that seemed to be the supervisor on shift. It’s a no for me. He literally was playing on his phone while preparing the food. Yes, he had gloves on, but never switched them out the entire time. Until he decided to go get something to drink at soda fountain. Just so disgusting. 11/7/25 at 6:30
