The manager names estella was completely rude and muttering stuff everytime she turned away and argued with me and when it came to asking who the manager was her and one other said she was the supervisor and the manager and the highest up there is. This place is a joke and highly rude. We asked for a Philly with nothing but meat and cheese and extra meat and all we got was meat on one side.
We love Charlie’s food. However this location always messes up our orders. It’s always the fries. Either they forget to give us the fries or they give us the wrong size. Last night we ordered 2 large fries and we got 2 regular size which weren’t even filled completely. So make sure you check your bag before you leave to make sure you got what you paid for.
Friendly staff but it took 20 min for me to order and longer for the food
