Eating here was delicious! The Wings and fries were fresh! I liked that the fries had extra crisp salty taste.
I eat here often however my experience today was so extraordinary due to the Manager Gabe. Made sure to go above and beyond for me and my wife. Genuinely look into giving him a bonus and don’t take this comment lightly. He’s incredible and an invaluable member
...1st time trying the "philly cheese steak"🤢. The low quality meat was wayy to salty. The onions and bellpepper were'nt grilled thoroughly. It was basically still raw/cold. The bellpepper pieces were very large in size. Customer service was ok. Very disappointing!!!
My bf and I first time here. And when I say great customer service Zakira was right on point. Gave me the menu suggested and upselled. Best service from a restaurant in a longgggg time.
When staff singles out individuals to ignore, you have a bit of a bigotry problem in your store. To stand there and have the staff wait on others that clearly arrived after us is really bad business. There was a definite commonality to those of us that were ignored.
