I've asked kindly for my money back on 9/27/25 and patiently waited for it to be return to my bank current day 10/10/25. The guy who goes by the name Aldrin told me to wait a few days up to seven, so I did...nothing still. I asked for them to provide the owners number and they gave me the roundabout and said we don't have it. No card or anyway to contact her which I didn't bother giving my number due to them hanging up on customers who simply asked how to get contact with their Manager says a lot.
