Extremely disappointing experience. The ridiculous pricing is actually why I called in the first place — but Charlie's has apparently stopped answering the phone altogether, relying solely on delivery apps, and seems to leave it off the hook on purpose to dodge calls. Clearly they don't care to address customer concerns. Fair warning: order through Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc. and you may get double-billed.
