Worst experience ever. Purchased a Philly Cheesteak ToGo at my Morton location near my home. Dropped it off to my dad that is in the hospital, only to find out that after 2 bites he pulled out a long peice of light hair out of his mouth, mind you my father has no hair.. Ordered through door dash and for some unknown reason our selected modifications didn't stick.. went into the store and the sweetest girl..Betsy.. explained the issue and was happy to remake it. PHENOMENAL customer service. She didnt have to do that but did and that's great service. Give her a raise
Walked in and there were 3 employees and no customers. Not a single employee acknowledged me so, I left.
Good food! I just don't understand how they can have such rude staff... Young girl in the morning shift has horrible customer service and is supposedly the "shift leader".... Will not be coming back to this location.
