Must have been a new guy on the grill tonight. Usually my food is great, but very disappointed tonight.
Every time I order a chicken California it is made incorrectly... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even when I ask for it to be made a certain way (lettuce, raw onion, MAYO, & ranch, it is not made correctly. Mayo is literally on the menu as a topping for this sandwich, yet MAYO is never on my sandwich. This seems like such a small thing but when I have to say something every time & still have to call & complain or return to the store which wastes my time and gas. Every time I went to Charlie’s, everything was good and was satisfied. But tonight I ordered at 9:30 at the drive-through and I get home and I ate half of my sandwich so I started eating the other half there was a hair in it so then I was looking through a sandwich and there was another hair. Never going to that place again
This is probably one of the best Charleys I've ever been to. The wings are amazing! They always get our order right, and are so friendly!
