Seriously? I order the buffalo ranch sandwich and bacon ranch fries and what I get was a buffalo ranch sandwich that was open in the box with the toppings stuck to the top, and when I say stuck... I mean I had to pry it off with a fork... Still didn't get the fries, had someone else's sandwich in my bag. It's not that hard .. finally, when you confirm the order, maybe that's the time to make it... Then you don't have the mistakes mentioned above and can actually function like a business. We have never been here before, my 10 year old son had a couple questions. A very kind employee named Ivy not only greated us as soon as we walked up she answered all my sons questions and even offered him a sample of the sauce. We just got our food and she is so kind and thoughtful. My son said she is so nice mom. We’ll be back! Thank your Mrs Ivy!
Server brought out the drinks and food and the sub and chips/fries were freshly cooked and super hot! One of the best quality take out places I've been to for this type of food. Great. Not busy at all on a Friday afternoon. Thank you crew.
I am a 61 year old retired Navy Chief & know a good sandwich when I taste one. Well, I honestly just had the absolute best Philly Cheesesteak I've had in many years at the Charley's inside the Walmart on Marks St in Henderson! Nasty and rude! The order was ready, they told me it wasn't made me wait 20 more minutes. Then the laziest cashier/cook has the nerve to call me rude when I asked for the order!! Do not eat here!
