Awful location. The place reeks like burned oil and was smoke filled. I waited over 40 minutes for my to go order. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all wrong. Why did it take so long if they were all made wrong? They didn’t taste like other locations either. So disappointing as we really like another location. Super gross and dirty in there.
I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has always been good.I usually get the Philly cheesesteak and the bone in wings (I try different flavors to see what I like better).
Look I get this place is somewhat new but when I first had Charles it was at the rosemont mall and they had perfect sandwiches but this place I ordered the buffalo chicken didn’t even have buffalo sauce it took almost 30min and food was not that good I’m sorry something need to change here
I re a recently visited Charlie's cheese stick and had an amazing experience the village is stick was perfectly cooked juicy stick melted cheese and fresh toppings all packed into a warm soft roll the fries were crispy and season just right as the lemonade was refreshing delicious the staff was friendly and the service was quick if you are craving a satisfying and flavorful cheese stick Charlie she's a definitely place to go highly recommend
