The place just opened up not too long ago so they sent coupons for buy one. Get one free so I go in to use the coupon and they would not honor the coupon. No questions to asked from me. No arguments. I just turned around and left
They Did not have wings or cheese sticks. They "cancelled" my order and I have not received my refund. They don't know how to contact upper management, and even asked me to call back Sunday. Days later, my money is stuck behind a pending transaction. This location may be new, but they are consistently out of something in the middle of the day. All the surrounding Charley's are good but they need to step up if they want to compete with the Charley's in Seagoville. They are amazing!!
Ordered wings online August 12 employee from restaurant called me and said they’re out of wings and do I want a refund. Today September 12 still no refund. I will never order from them again
I love me some Charlys and have been so happy seeing this business expand. This new location had my food ready on time, at first I was treated like a door dasher but the employees quickly changed it up and ended up giving me great service. Food was also great as well!
