I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Charley’s. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order was made incorrectly, and both of my children’s sandwiches had mayonnaise on them even though that was not what we ordered. Unfortunately, my son is allergic to mayonnaise, and after eating the sandwich, he had an allergic reaction. It was a frightening situation, and I had to use his EpiPen. Great place and the people are great as well!
Previously reviewed this location and rates a low rating due to an experience I had there. After months of not supporting this business, I stopped by and could really see a change in the service and a correction of the issue before. I've since gone back multiple times and they have been consistently better. I came back to fairly update my review to reflect the change in service. The staff is positive and the food is good and reasonably priced
