I definitely wouldn't go so far as to say that they're the best cheesesteak in the world, as is their slogan, but it was pretty tasty. It's odd that they, by default, come with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo (the menu doesn't mention that). The fries were mediocre at best. The girl working their was very friendly!
I genuinely like Charlie's Cheese Steak, but the one located on Forest Hill and Jog is the worst. Never gets the order right, always under cooked and acts like it's your fault when you complain.
Service was really bad. The owner have own rules regarding manu. Not complying with Charley's guidelines. Very disappointed
