20 days ago I ordered cheese fries they changed who they get the cheese from and now it is spicy and unfortunately I can't eat. Since I ordered through the app the store couldn't give me a refund. I had to reach out to customer service through the app. The customer service is horrible I have still gotten no where keep getting generic emails that give them a few days looking into it checking with their team but still nothing I requested a refund because I gave the food back to the restaurant. Too slow
Yall are way too stuck up to be leaving a 1 star at a food place inside of Walmart anyways, the food is consistent, DEFINITELY will fill you up, great seasoning, and the customer service is generally great.
the food is good, but it takes actual forever to get anything, and that wait is not worth the price.
