Service was so bad last night… older lady was so rude and didn’t get our order right..
This place may be okay in person but do not order delivery. My coworker and I ordered food through the CHARLEY'S APP, and it never got delivered. We waited over an hour. When we called the store, the employee was unprofessional and condescending. He said that the issue was with our 3rd party delivery service. Instead of taking any responsibility, he blamed the delivery service that HIS COMPANY USES. He then had the nerve to ask us to change it to pickup.
