I called to check whether my order went through and, if not, to place an order by phone because the website kept showing an error in the basket every time I hit place order. The girl on the phone today, Saturday, around 6:30 p.m., stated that the order did not go through and that she could not take it by phone. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated no managers were available. I am so hungry that I wanted to place my order ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home.
